By accessing and using summitbull's platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3. Brokerage Services

Brokerage services are provided through summitbull Investing, Inc., a registered broker-dealer and member of FCA/FSCS. Securities in your account are protected by FSCS up to $500,000 (including $250,000 for claims for cash).

3.1 Investment Risks

All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, risk tolerance, and financial situation before investing.

3.2 Market Data

We provide market data for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any market data provided through our platform.

4. High-Yield Cash Account

The High-Yield Cash Account is provided through our partner banks, Members FDIC. FDIC insurance is available up to $5 million through the program banks. Annual Percentage Yield (APY) is subject to change at any time without notice.

5. Options Trading

Options trading involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. You must be approved for options trading and acknowledge the risks involved. Options rebates are subject to terms and conditions and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

6. Fees and Charges

While we offer commission-free trading on stocks and ETFs, certain fees may apply to other services. A complete fee schedule is available in our Disclosures. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with advance notice.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Engage in market manipulation, insider trading, or other fraudulent activities
• Use automated systems or bots to access the platform without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the summitbull platform are owned by or licensed to summitbull. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, summitbull shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of FINRA. You waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified through email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
